A modern workplace

Start with the work.

A useful training session should change how someone handles a real task. Agentix designs enablement around the team's approved tools, working examples, and operating responsibilities. We combine practical instruction with clear guidance on checking outputs, providing useful context, and recognizing when a task needs human judgment or a different approach.

General demonstrations can create enthusiasm without establishing dependable habits. People may share too much information, accept an unsupported answer, or avoid a tool because they do not know where it fits. Training needs to address those ordinary moments. It also needs to give managers a way to support adoption without judging success by logins or the volume of generated content.

What we deliver

01

Role-specific working sessions

Choose representative tasks for the people attending, such as preparing a briefing, improving an internal draft, or using an approved agent workflow. Explain the purpose of each step and practice with examples appropriate to the team's information rules.

02

Reusable guides and task patterns

Provide examples of effective task instructions, context selection, review criteria, and escalation. Where appropriate, incorporate the existing CRAFT resources as a starting point and adapt the exercises to the team's actual work and approved products.

03

An adoption and ownership plan

Identify workflow owners, internal champions, and the feedback path for problems. Define what competent use looks like, how new staff will learn the process, and what should be reviewed when a tool or responsibility changes.

Where this can make a difference

Illustrative applications. Scope and feasibility depend on your systems and requirements.

A small team getting started

Establish a shared foundation for using approved AI tools on routine work. Practice checking a response against the source, improving an unclear request, and recognizing a task that should stay with a person.

A department adopting a new workflow

Train people on the exact system being introduced, including what happens before and after the AI step. Rehearse incomplete inputs and exceptions so the team can operate the workflow beyond a successful demonstration.

Managers responsible for adoption

Help leaders choose useful work, set review expectations, and interpret feedback. Distinguish a training gap from a product limitation or process problem so every weak outcome does not lead to another generic workshop.

How we approach it

01

Understand the roles and baseline

Review the team's experience, approved tools, and common tasks. Identify practical learning objectives and the policies or system boundaries the session must reflect.

02

Practice with realistic work

Use guided exercises that include ambiguous requests, missing context, and flawed outputs. Give participants a repeatable review method and room to work through the questions their actual responsibilities create.

03

Reinforce through operating habits

Provide references, task examples, and a feedback route. Agree how managers will assess practical use and when a follow-up session or workflow adjustment is warranted.

Questions worth asking

Is the training technical?

It depends on the audience and the work. Business users may need better task framing and output review; workflow owners need operating and escalation guidance; technical staff may need implementation-specific handover. We choose the depth around the responsibility rather than teaching everyone the same material.

Can training use our own business examples?

Yes, with appropriate authorization and handling. We decide what can be shared with the selected tools, whether examples need to be redacted, and what information should stay outside the exercise. Realistic examples are useful only when their use respects the business's rules.

How will we know the training helped?

Agree a practical task or behavior before the session and assess whether people can perform it afterward. Review the quality of their work and the problems they encounter in use. Attendance and enthusiasm alone do not establish that a team can operate the workflow effectively.
