A modern workplace

Start with the work.

Growth exposes the handoffs that spreadsheets and individual effort once held together. Agentix helps midsize businesses turn scattered tools and AI experiments into useful operational workflows. Our cross-team integration sprint scopes a complete business path, defines the ownership between teams, and proves a bounded implementation before it is expanded.

Each department may have a workable local process while the business as a whole waits on updates, copies records, and reconciles conflicting information. An agent added to one step can make that gap more visible. The project needs to address shared definitions, system boundaries, and exception ownership alongside the useful AI capability, so work does not simply move faster into another queue.

What we deliver

01

A cross-team integration brief

Map the selected journey across the participating departments. Identify the source of truth, accountable owners, required approvals, and the systems that must exchange information. Agree the smallest end-to-end scope that can demonstrate useful change.

02

A working connected process

Implement the agreed handoffs, agent-assisted steps, and conventional business rules. Make status and exceptions visible to the people responsible, with deliberate handling of incomplete records, repeated events, and failed connections.

03

An adoption and expansion decision

Review the working process with department leads and IT. Deliver operating guidance, a documented backlog, and an evidence-based recommendation for the next scope, including the access and support obligations it would introduce.

Where this can make a difference

Illustrative applications. Scope and feasibility depend on your systems and requirements.

Sales-to-delivery coordination

Move approved engagement details into delivery preparation without losing important context. Clarify which team owns incomplete information and keep changes to scope or commercial commitments under the proper review.

Shared operational visibility

Assemble a consistent view from approved departmental sources. Surface missing inputs and disagreements in definitions so leaders can make decisions from a transparent picture of the available evidence.

Department-specific agents with common controls

Give teams relevant assistance while maintaining consistent expectations for access, source use, and escalation. Avoid a collection of disconnected assistants that each invent a different version of the same business record.

How we approach it

01

Align the workflow owners

Bring the relevant department leads and system owners into discovery. Set a shared definition of success and resolve conflicting assumptions about the current process before implementation.

02

Prove one complete path

Build a bounded integration that reaches a real business outcome. Exercise cross-team exceptions and recovery, then review the result with the people on both sides of each handoff.

03

Roll out with operating responsibility

Prepare users, assign support ownership, and establish review signals. Expand to additional teams or processes only after the first path meets its acceptance criteria.

Questions worth asking

Can you work alongside our internal IT team?

Yes. We establish responsibilities for architecture, access, environments, implementation, and ongoing operation at the start. The engagement should give internal teams a clear scope to review and a system they can inspect, rather than creating an unowned layer beside the existing stack.

What if each department uses different software?

That is a discovery issue to map explicitly. We assess the available interfaces and the meaning of the records being exchanged, then define the handoff. Two systems having APIs does not automatically mean their data or business rules align.

How do we keep the project from becoming a complete transformation?

Choose one end-to-end business path and write down the non-goals. A bounded implementation can still cross departments, but new processes, systems, or decision rights require a deliberate scope change. The backlog captures worthwhile ideas without folding all of them into the pilot.
